Challenge Cup ONE April 28th, 2012 ITINERARY Captain’s Party, Dinner and Meeting
Date: April 27th, 2012 Location: SCOTTS HILL MARINA. WILMINGTON (Scotts Hill Loop Road), NC SCOTTS HILL MARINA
About the Marina:
Scotts Hill Marina is located on Scotts Hill Loop Road directly on the Intracoastal Waterway at Mile Marker 275. The Marina has 65 wet slips as well as a boat ramp that is open to the public for a daily ramp fee. 910-686-0896 Visit SCOTTS HILL at: http://scottshillmarina.net/index2.php Time: 5pm to 7:30pm
1) Final Registration @ Captain's Party/Meeting: 5pm - 6:30pm. a) Interested competitors may final register for the APRIL 28th event at this time at the “Registration” tent set up on tournament site. $50 late fee if entered after APRIL 14 th, 2012 b) Only checks or cash will be accepted for event fees or merchandise to wit: hats, visors, t-shirts, etc. c) The Captains’ meals will be served at 6pm (no charge) d) Redfish Action merchandise will be for sale. e) Merchandise raffle tickets will be on sale ($2) 2) Captain’s Meeting: 7pm a) Competitors must have a team’s representative in attendance. b) Rules will be discussed/ Question and Concerns addressed. c) Merchandise will be raffled off Event Agenda : Challenge Cup ONE/ April 28 th 2012 Check out: Scotts Hill Marina at Safe Light (TBA at Capt. Meeting) Free Food will be on tournament site for fans and competitors. Redfish Action merchandise will be for sale. Weigh-In: Scotts Hill Marina at 4:00 pm Awards: Saturday 5:00 pm QUICK INFO:
* ARTIFICIAL ONLY * ONE day tournament, competition takes place Saturday, April 28th.. safe light to 4:00 pm.(scales open at 2pm, for early weigh-in) .
* Vessel inspection begins at during check-out at Scotts Hill Marina, Wilmington, NC.
* Weigh-in ends promptly at 4:00 pm (teams must be in marina harbor area, TBA at Captain's Party, by 4pm). One pound per minute deduction after 4:00 pm. Team arrivals disqualified after 4:15 pm.
* TWO anglers per team * TWO fish per day limit (18" TO 27")
* Fish measured with closed mouth and pinched tail.
* 200.00 entry fee, if pre-registered by April 14th .
